“I've been practicing yoga on and off for 20 years now in three different countries and I can honestly say that Ray is one of if not the most gifted yoga teachers I've ever had. He not only creates a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for people of all shapes, sizes and levels, but has a true gift for opening up both the physical and mental sides of yoga. I can't recommend his classes enough..”

“Ray is a great teacher - very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. In his teachings he goes deeper than just asanas and focuses on all eight limbs of yoga. He presents information in a very accessible way and is always willing to pass his wisdom and share his knowledge. Every class I learn something new from him and walk away inspired to practice yoga more and more. Ray is amazing in explaining all the small details and making adjustments in the poses, even a tiniest touch makes such a huge difference and helps go deeper in the postures. I love that Ray has a very welcoming energy and is truly inspiring!”

“Ray is simply the best. He is kind, compassionate and considerate. He truly is a wonderful teacher and his practice is always with careful guidance and consideration for people of all levels .. he has made my journey more mindful and I am now able to just “let things happen” rather than try to force. He’s truly brilliant ????????If .”

“Ray is a superb and knowledgeable teacher. His yoga sessions are always varied, work you to your limits and make you progress week by week. Ray was particularly helpful to me following my heart attack, bringing me back to an excellent level of fitness and flexibility. His dedication to yoga is there for all to see.”

“Ray is an amazing teacher providing varying classes, gentle guidance and a broad knowledge of yoga as a whole, all while managing to adapt his approach to each student as necessary. I started my yoga journey a little over a year ago with Ray, and since then he has helped me getting into a daily practice, and opened my eyes to all the different parts of yoga, which I now continuously attempt to apply to my everyday life. I cannot recommend Ray highly enough. His love for yoga and teaching is obvious in every class.”

Ray has a way with him that is both calming and reassuring, this, coupled with his knowledge and personal skills lends itself to a very enjoyable class. I always leave feeling very calm and that if I want to I can progress under his guidance, but also feeling that whatever I do in the class is ok if I personally am happy with it and don’t want to push myself any further.

"Ray is the most encouraging, patient and motivating yoga teacher. I’ve been with him for a long time now and watched him encourage new members to achieve things they never thought they could do! My own journey continues with Ray. He’s my Guru! Highly recommended!"

A Thai massage is incredibly relaxing.

For many years have had a keen interest in eastern healing arts, my first encounter being with acupuncture for a neck injury, I was amazed at the result, virtually pain free after the first session, I was convinced Immediately. Some years ago my father in law moved to Thailand and I had the opportunity to visit, whilst there I spent two or three afternoons a week having Thai massage I felt amazing, I realised that this type of massage was far deeper and much more relaxing than any other massage I’ve ever had, I was hooked, and also very sad that I was returning home. Holiday over and memories of Thailand quickly faded, it was a year or two later that I had the Opportunity to gain my Diploma in Thai yoga massage, I now have the pleasure to offer this very special and spiritual therapy. Diploma in Thai yoga massage Certificates level 3 Anatomy and physiology (55hr) Advanced Thai yoga massage (use of feet) Introduction to Myofascial Release part 1, CPD 14 hours at the Royal United Hospital Bath (physiotherapy Dpt)
"Jacqueline and Ray have been tremendous support and have been with me throughout my IVF journeys. They have both kept my positive energy up and have used the holistic approach which has resulted in positive outcome in my recent cycle. Jacqueline has used the accupunture technique to relax me and prepare my body for the transfers and Ray has used the Thai yoga message to completely relax my mind, body and soul. The massages are amazing and I completely let myself go, give full trust to Ray in order for the massage to be successful. I feel his technique in massaging my stomach has REALLY helped in achieving my positive outcome. The stomach message together with the Accupunture has provide my uterus the optimum condition for my baby to feel safe to stick and grow. I TOTALLY recommend both of them with their holistic approach to help to assist with your IVF journey and achieving positive outcome.
